| 摘 要： | 为了提高羊毛运动服数码喷墨印花的印制效果,选择海藻酸钠、DGT-6、RS-001、Pink、TANAJET A4100及优彩素286等6种糊料对羊毛运动服进行上浆预处理,通过精细度、得色量、渗透性、脱糊率和色牢度等参数指标,考察了不同糊料对羊毛运动服数码喷墨印花效果的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠的印花得色量最高,渗透性能最佳,色牢度最好;RS-001的脱糊率最高;Pink适合印制精细花型图案。综合来看,海藻酸钠是羊毛运动服数码喷墨印花上浆糊料的最佳选择。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the printing effect of digital inkjet printing of wool sportswear,6 kinds of pastes such as sodium alginate,DGT-6,RS-001,Pink,TANAJET A4100 and Euchrome 286 were selected for the wool sportswear sizing pretreatment.The effects of different pastes on the digital inkjet printing effect of wool sportswear were investigated through parameters such as fineness,color yield,permeability,degum⁃ming rate and color fastness.The results showed that the sodium alginate had the highest color yield,the best permeability and the best color fastness.RS-001 had the highest degumming rate,and Pink was suit⁃able for printing fine patterns.From the point of this view,sodium alginate was the best choice of sizing paste materials for digital inkjet printing of wool sportswear. |
