交流干扰对埋地管道阴极保护电位的影响分析

摘    要:针对交流干扰对埋地管道阴极保护电位的影响,对现场某实际管道开展了现场交流干扰测试,同时建立了交流干扰下的管道电位测试装置,分析了管道电位在不同条件下的变化规律,明确了交流干扰对管道电位的影响机理。实验结果表明,在CP-CP+AC、CP+AC-AC和AC-OCP转变过程中,在不同的交流干扰下,阴极保护电位为-0.85 V(SCE)时管道电位偏移程度及方向与阴极保护电位为-1.0 V(SCE)和-1.2 V(SCE)时表现出相反的特征规律;上述实验现象可通过交流干扰和阴极保护过程中的电子供应和消耗的平衡关系来解释。

Abstract:In view of the influence of AC interference on the cathodic protection potential of buried pipelines,an on-site AC interference test is carried out for an actual pipeline.At the same time,a pipeline potential testing device under AC interference is established,the variation law of pipeline potential under different conditions is analyzed,and the influence mechanism of AC interference on pipeline potential is clarified.The experimental results show that in the transformation process of CP-CP+AC,CP+AC-AC and AC-OCP,under different conditions of AC interference,and when the cathodic protection potential is-0.85 V(SCE),the deviation degree and direction of pipeline potential show the opposite characteristic law when the cathodic protection potential is 1.0 V(SCE)and-1.2 V(SCE).The above experimental phenomena can be explained by the balance of electron supply and consumption in AC interference and cathodic protection.
