高含硫天然气埋地集输管道的安全管理研究

高含硫天然气从井场开采出来后通过集输管道输送到天然气净化厂处理,高含硫天然气集输管道是高危管道,一旦发生泄漏将会导致严重的安全事故,因此必须重视对集输管道的安全管理。为了确保高含硫天然气埋地集输管道的完整性和安全使用,某高含硫气田从预防和响应角度采取了一些管理措施,实施了智能清管、阴极保护等措施对管道内外部腐蚀进行控制和监测,以及时发现管道缺陷并修复,避免因腐蚀穿孔、应力腐蚀开裂等导致高含硫天然气泄漏事故的发生;在管道沿线安装了气体云成像泄漏监测系统和硫化氢点式探测器对管道进行实时监控,提升了高含硫天然气泄漏时的检测能力和响应能力,能够有效防止事故的扩大。

Safety Management Research of High-sulfur Natural Gas Buried Gathering and Transportation Pipeline

High-sulfur natural gas is extracted from the well site and transported to the natural gas purification plant through gathering and transportation pipelines. The high-sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline is a kind of high-risk pipeline. Once leakage occurs,it will lead to serious safety accidents. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the safety management of gathering and transportation pipeline. In order to ensure the integrity and safe use of high-sulfur natural gas buried gathering and transportation pipeline,a high-sulfur gas field has taken some management measures from the perspective of prevention and response,measures such as intelligent pigging and cathodic protection are adopted to control and monitor the internal and external corrosion of pipeline,thus finding the internal and external defects of pipeline in time,repairing them and avoiding the occurrence of high-sulfur natural gas leakage accidents caused by corrosion perforation,stress corrosion cracking and so on. The gas cloud imaging leakage monitoring system and H2 S point detectors are installed along the pipeline to monitor the pipeline in real time,which improve the detection and responsiveness capability for highsulfur natural gas leakage and effectively prevent the expansion of accidents.
