| 摘 要： | 华北油田部分抽油机井地处偏远,分布分散,出现临时停电、故障停机、皮带烧毁等问题不易发现,造成处理不及时,严重影响了开井时率,降低了原油采收率。为实现员工有效监控抽油机运行工况,开发了手机远程监控系统。该系统由远程控制模块、供电模块、无线传输模块、手机终端等组成,能够方便一线员工快速监控油井运行参数,及时发现抽油机故障,减少安全隐患,为绿色矿山建设提供了有力的技术支持。

| Abstract: | Some pumping units are located in remote areas and distributed in a scattered manner.Problems such as temporary power failure,fault shutdown and belt burn are not easy to find,resulting in delayed processing,seriously affecting the rate of well opening and reducing the oil recovery.A mobile phone remote monitoring system is developed to help workers effectively monitor the pumping unit.The system is composed of remote control module,power supply module,wireless transmission module,mobile phone terminal,etc.,which can facilitate front-line workers to quickly monitor oil well operation parameters,timely find pumping unit faults,reduce safety risks,and provide strong technical support for green mine construction. |
