气井抽汲排水采气工艺在延安气田的应用

延安气田整体为低产、低丰度的低渗致密砂岩气藏,由于气井低产低能,携液能力差,生产中后期井底或井筒普遍存在积液,严重影响了气井正常生产。为了解决延安气田气井开采后期普遍存在的井底积液问题,亟待采用成本低、操作简单的排液方法,经过现场施工应用总结了抽汲排水采气的工艺原理及优势。结果表明,抽汲排水设备成本低、工艺流程简单、能清除井底积液、实现低产积液井连续携液增产稳产,在现场取得了良好的应用效果,建议推广使用。

Application of Gas well Swabbing Drainage Technology in Yan'an Gas Field

The whole Yan'an gas field is a tight sandstone gas reservoir with low production and low abundance. Due to the low production and low energy of gas well and the poor liquid carrying capacity,there is generally liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well or in the wellbore in the middle and later stages of production, which seriously affects the normal production of gas well. In order to solve the problem of bottom hole effusion in the later stage of gas well exploitation in Yan'an gas field, it is urgent to adopt a low cost and simple operation drainage method. After field application, the process principle and advantages of gas production by swabbing drainage are summarized. The results show that the cost of swabbing drainage equipment is low, the process is simple, the bottom hole effusion can be removed, and the continuous liquid carrying production and stable production can be realized in the wells with low production effusion Good application effect has been achieved on the spot, and it is suggested to be popularized.
