铁碳微电解-生物膜法-高级氧化新型组合工艺处理印染废水的降解迁移规律

摘    要:采用铁碳微电解-生物膜法-高级氧化工艺处理实际印染废水。为了研究该组合工艺的降解特性,应用GC-MS分析了该工艺处理印染废水的有机物降解过程。结果表明,铁碳微电解提升了印染废水的可生化性,胺类有机物种类和质量分数升高,芳香族有机物种类和质量分数下降;生物膜法对胺类有机物有较好的去除效果,对芳香族有机物去除效果较差;高级氧化工艺能够氧化大部分芳香族有机物,对胺类和有机卤化物效果甚微;该组合工艺对污染物的降解具有良好的效果,出水符合DB 32/1072—2007的限值要求。

Abstract:The actual printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by Fe-C microelectrolysis-biofilm-ad vanced oxidation process.In order to study the degradation characteristics of the combined process,GC-MS was used to analyze the degradation process of organics in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.The results showed that Fe-C microelectrolysis improved the biodegradability of printing and dyeing wastewa ter,increased the types and mass fraction of amine organics,and decreased the types and mass fraction of ar omatic organics.Biofilm method had better removal effect on amine organics,but less effect on aromatic or ganics.Advanced oxidation process could oxidize most aromatic organics,but had little effect on amines and organic halides.The combined process had a good effect on pollutant degradation,and the effluent met the limit value of DB 32/1072—2007 standard.
