用于电动汽车上双滑板压缩机的泄漏损失研究

摘    要:研究了运用在电动汽车空调系统中的双滑板压缩机的泄漏损失。采用等截面摩擦喷管模型计算了双滑板压缩机中转子与转缸间隙处的径向间隙泄漏,同时计算了滑板侧的轴向泄漏。作为对比,计算了相同工况以及相同的转缸和转子尺寸下单滑板压缩机的泄漏损失。通过对比发现:在相同的尺寸和运行工况下,双滑板压缩机的泄漏损失要高于单滑板压缩机,但是双滑板压缩机的理论吸气容积要高于单滑板压缩机,二者的相对容积泄漏损失率几乎相等。因而相对于单滑板压缩机,双滑板压缩机结构上的变化是可以忽略的。考虑到双滑板压缩机具有更高的工作容积和机械效率,可以推断其更适合用于电动汽车的空调系统上。

Abstract:The leakage loss of double swing vane compressor that used in the air conditioning system of electric vehicle was analysed in this paper.The radial clearance leakage between the rotor and the cylinder in the double swing vane compressor was calculated by using the friction nozzle model with constant cross-section,and the axial leakage between the swing vanes was also calculated.As a comparison,the leakage loss of swing vane compressor under the same working condition and the same size of cylinder and rotor was also calculated.Through comparison,it is found that under the same size and operation conditions,the leakage loss of double swing vane compressor is higher than that of swing vane compressor,but the theoretical suction volume of double swing vane compressor is higher than that of swing vane compressor.So the relative volume leakage loss rate of the two compressors is almost the same.Therefore,compared with the swing vane compressor,the structural change of the double swing vane compressor can be ignored.Considering that the double swing vane compressor has higher working volume and mechanical efficiency,it can be concluded that it is more suitable for the air conditioning system of electric vehicles.
