西部天然气管网稳态运行优化研究

摘    要:基于现场报表数据反算校验的西部天然气管网SPS仿真模型,通过不同流量与运行压力级制分类搭建了管网运行方案库。结合深度学习模型对方案库数据进行训练与特征提取,建立了一种新的管网水力计算与压气站配置方法,在保证计算精度的基础上提高了大型天然气管网运行优化计算效率。利用动态规划算法对压气站最优出站压力变量进行选择,管网流量分配原则为系统总能耗最小。所建立的管网稳态运行优化模型同时具备计算的高效性与准确性,基于该优化模型编制了西部天然气管网稳态运行优化软件V1.0,经过现场实测数据验证,模型优化结果可以显著降低管网运行能耗,可为西部天然气管网的运行与调度提供有效参考。

Abstract:Based on the back-calculation of field report data,a SPS simulation model of western natural gas pipeline network is built,and the pipeline network operation plan library is built by different flow and operating pressure level classification.Combined with the deep learning model,the training and feature extraction of the plan library data is carried out.A new configuration method of hydraulic network calculation and compressor station is established,thus improving the optimization and calculation efficiency of large natural gas pipeline network on the basis of ensuring calculation accuracy.A dynamic programming algorithm is used to select the optimal outbound pressure variable of compressor station.The principle of pipeline network flow distribution is that the total energy consumption of system is the smallest.The steady state operation optimization model of pipeline network has the high efficiency and accuracy of calculation.Based on the model,the steady-state operation optimization software V1.0 of western natural gas pipeline network is compiled.Through field test data verification,it is known that the model optimization results can significantly reduce the energy consumption of pipeline network,providing an effective reference for the operation and dispatch of western natural gas pipeline network.
