油气田地面工程技术水平评价及提升对策

摘    要:为客观评价油气田地面工程技术与管理水平,实现内外对标,促进油气田提质增效,构建了一套目标明确、内容全面、指标先进、时效性强的科学评价体系。利用该体系进行了内外对标,评价了中国石油公司油气田地面工程技术水平,找到了差距,并提出了相应对策,即提升标准化设计水平;优化简化地面系统工艺流程,提高系统负荷率;实施管道和站场完整性管理,提升风险防控能力,降低失效率;开展以油气生产物联网为代表的智能油气田建设等。措施目标的提出对于油气田应对新挑战、提质增效具有重要意义。

Abstract:A scientific assessment system featuring clear goals,comprehensive details,advanced index and timeliness is established,so as to assess the technology and management level of oil and gas field objectively,compare the Chinese and foreign standards and promote the quality and efficiency of oil and gas field.This system is used to compare the Chinese and foreign standards,assess the technology level of oil and gas field surface engineering applied by CNPC.As a result,the gap are found and corresponding strategies are proposed,namely raising the level of standardized design,streamlining the technological process of surface system to improve the load rate of the system,carrying out the integrity of pipeline and station to strengthen the risk prevention and control,as well as reduce failure rate,and conducting smart oil and gas field represented by the Internet of things for oil and gas production.The measure and goals play an important role in dealing with new challenges and improving efficiency and quality for oil and gas field.
