| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the psychological education mechanism in vocational colleges in the aspects of the implementation of the work of psychological education,the development of students psychological qualities and the growth of teaching teams of psychological education.Based on the construction of the teaching management system,the teaching service system,the practical activity system and the psychological consultation and crisis intervention system of psychological education,a teaching team composed of full-timers and part-timers can be established.Constructing the psychological education mechanism in vocational colleges is the fundamental way to implement the national requirements of psychological education and meet students needs. |
