已建水驱原油处理系统对含聚采出液的适应性研究

摘    要:针对油田长垣老区已建水驱原油处理系统来液中已经普遍含聚,导致系统处理难度增大的问题,进行了室内测试和现场负荷调整处理试验,确定了已建水驱系统对不同含聚浓度采出液的处理负荷,并据此提出了水驱见聚后游离水脱除器设计指标。当聚合物质量浓度为150~250 mg/L时,普通区块原油沉降时间为17 min可以达标;当聚合物质量浓度为250~350 mg/L时,普通区块原油沉降时间为20 min可以达标;当聚合物质量浓度为350~450 mg/L时,普通区块原油沉降时间达到27 min可以达标。在新建产能开发方案中应用该成果,可有效利用已建水驱采出液处理系统,降低聚驱处理站场建设投资。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the incoming liquid treated by existing water flooding crude oil treatment system in the old area of Changyuan Oilfield generally contains polymer,which leads to the increase of treatment difficulty for oil-water treatment system,the treatment load of existing water flooding system for produced liquid with different polymer concentration is determined through the indoor test and field adjustment of load treatment test.Based on this,the design index of free water remover after water flooding meets polymer is put forward.The required settling time of crude oil in common block to reach the standard is 17,20 and 27 minutes for the polymer mass concentration of150~250,250~350 and 350~450 mg/L,respectively.The application of this achievement in the new production capacity development plan can effectively utilize the existing water flooding produced liquid treatment system and reduce the construction investment of polymer flooding treatment stations.
