氧化锌改性方法及其应用的研究进展

摘    要:纳米氧化锌是一种对环境友好、价格低廉的半导体材料,在污水处理中有广泛的应用,但因其有一定缺陷,研究人员采取多种方法对其修饰或改性,以提高其比表面积、加快空穴-电子分离率、增强抗光腐蚀能力等。介绍了针对氧化锌的改性方法的研究和应用进展,证明改性后的氧化锌有更好的性能和应用价值。

Abstract:ZnO is a kind of environment-friendly and low-cost semiconductor material. It has a wide range of applications in the field of environmental pollution. However, due to certain defects, researchers have adopted various methods to modify or modify it to improve its Specific surface area, faster hole-electron separation rate, enhanced photo-corrosion resistance, etc. This article focuses on the research and application of ZnO modification methods, and proves that the modified ZnO has better performance and application value.
