电代油钻井经济性评价与应用研究

摘    要:电代油钻井是钻探企业实现减排降耗、绿色生产的主要途径,但是电代油钻井的经济性与电价、油价、钻机台月和用电量等数据密切相关。为了提高电代油钻井的经济效益,在电价、油价、钻机台月、用电量等因素与经济效益相关性分析基础上,确定了建模的最终数据,建立了经济性评价的多重线性回归模型,并进行了验证,经济性评价模型拟合效果较好,单井综合效益与累计用电量呈高度相关,与台月呈中度相关,与油价、电价及架线费用相关性最低。现场应用效果表明:井深越深,用电量越多,单井综合效益越高,节约成本越显著。该研究为不同的钻机、井型等优选合适的钻井方式提供了理论依据,助力电代油钻井加快发展。

Abstract:Drilling with electricity replacing oil is one of the main ways for drilling companies to achieve emission reduction,consumption reduction and green production.However,the economy of drilling with electricity replacing oil is closely related to data such as electricity price,oil price,drillermonth and electricity consumption.In order to improve the economic benefits of drilling with electricity replacing oil,based on the analysis of the correlation between economic benefits and factors such as electricity prices,oil prices,driller-month,electricity consumption,a multiple linear regression model is established to determine the final data of the model and evaluate the economic impact.The verified results show that the economic evaluation model has a good fitting effect,and the single-well comprehensive benefit is highly correlated with the cumulative power consumption,moderately correlated with the driller-month,and least correlated with oil prices,electricity prices,and overhead costs.Field application results show that when the depth of the well is deeper,the more electricity,the higher the comprehensive benefit of a single well,and the more cost savings.The research provides a theoretical basis for drilling method selection with different drilling rigs,well types,and helps accelerate the development of drilling with electricity replacing oil.
