| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制人才培养模式下,酒店管理专业需要按照企业淡旺季开展工学交替岗位实训,学徒的劳动时间较长、劳动强度较大,容易出现校"热"生"冷"、学徒学习内生动力不足的问题.本文重点分析了学徒内生动力的形成要素、价值定位,以及内生动力不足的表象、成因等问题,提出了提升酒店管理专业学徒内生动力的基本策略.
