基于DEA交叉效率模型的浙江省纺织产业绿色转型效率评价

摘    要:从绿色经济效益、绿色生产制造、绿色生态保护、绿色社会支持4个方面构建了纺织产业绿色转型效率评价指标体系,并结合DEA交叉效率模型,根据浙江省及其11个地级市2014—2018年的数据,分析了浙江省纺织产业绿色转型的效率水平及地区差异。结果表明:2014年以来,浙江省纺织产业绿色转型效率不断上升,但整体处于较低水平。经过投影分析证明,浙江省纺织产业的生产要素投入尚未达到最优配置,绿色产出不足;浙江省11个地级市纺织产业绿色转型发展水平不均衡,存在明显的市际差异。最后提出提升浙江省纺织产业绿色转型效率的政策建议。

Abstract:The evaluation index system of green transformation efficiency of textile industry was con structed from four aspects:green economic benefits,green production and manufacturing,green ecological protection and green social support.Combined with DEA cross efficiency model,according to the data of Zheji ang province and its 11 prefecture level cities from 2014 to 2018,the efficiency level and regional differences of green transformation of textile industry in Zhejiang province were analyzed.The conclusions were as fol lows:the green transformation efficiency of textile industry of Zhejiang province had been increasing since 2014,but the overall was at a low level.The projection analysis showed that the input of production factors of Zhejiang textile industry had not been allocated optimally,and the green manufacturing output was insuffi cient.The development level of green transformation of textile industry in 11 prefecture level cities of Zhejiang province was unbalanced,and there were obvious inter city differences.Finally,some policy suggestions were put forward to improve the green transformation efficiency of Zhejiang textile industry.
