Discussion on the influences of digital printing pattern production technology

The factors affecting the quality of digital printing were discussed,and some suggestions on the development of digital printing technology were put forward.The analysis showed that digital printing adapted to personalized,small batch production,accurately grasped the pulse of the market,combined com⁃puter control,printing and dyeing with machinery,realized the combination of human and machine,but was af⁃fected by printing ink,printing machinery,pre-treatment and post-treatment technology and materials.In or⁃der to solve the above problems,improve the quality of digital printing and reduce the production cost,we should increase the training of professional talents,change the arrangement of nozzles and improve the pat⁃tern data input control on the basis of the consumer market-oriented design concept,and realize the intelli⁃gent and humanized design and production of digital printing.
