油气管道调节阀计算选型软件设计

调节阀是油气管道重要的控制设备,也是管道自动化系统的重要组成部分。在调节阀控制系统设计中,确定调节阀口径是关键环节,口径选得过小,工艺最大流量不能通过;口径选得过大,会增加投资,造成控制系统不稳定。以往调节阀计算及选型在一定程度上受到厂家的制约,不但增加了设计周期,选型结果往往也不准确。本软件根据IEC和ISA标准推荐的公式,建立了气体和液体两种介质数学计算模型,采用VB编程语言、SQL语言等计算机技术,建立了适用于长输油气管道的调节阀数据库,解决了长期以来调节阀计算及选型效率低、精度不高的问题,该成果已成功应用于中亚管道、中缅管道、西二线等国家大型重点工程项目,应用效果良好。

Software Design of Oil and Gas Pipeline Regulating Valve Calculation and Selection

The regulating valve is an important control device for oil and gas pipelines and an important part of industrial automation systems.In the design of regulating valve control system,determining the valve caliber is the most critical step.If the regulating valve caliber is too small,the maximum process flow cannot pass.If it is too large,it will not only increase the investment,but also cause the instability of system.In the past,the calculation and selection of regulating valve is restricted by the manufacturer to a certain extent,which not only prolongs the design cycle,but also makes the selection result inaccurate.According to the formula recommended by the IEC and ISA standards,the software establishes mathematical models for gas and liquid medium.Computer technologies such as VB programming language and SQL language are adopted to set up a regulating valve database suitable for longdistance pipelines,and the problem of low efficiency and low precision in calculation and selection of regulating valve has been solved.The results have been successfully applied to national key projects such as Central Asia-China Gas Pipeline,China-Myanmar Pipeline and West to East Gas PipelineⅡ,and the application effect is pretty good.
