茶多酚对涤纶织物的保健染色工艺

摘    要:以K/S值为指标,通过单因素实验研究了茶多酚对涤纶织物的染色工艺,测试了染色织物的抗菌消臭性能。结果表明,茶多酚在pH=3、5、8时,对涤纶织物的染色工艺为:茶多酚用量5%(omf),120℃整理30 min,K/S值分别为0.5870、0.3001、0.1273,抑菌(大肠杆菌)率分别为32.7%、50.2%、61.7%,消臭率分别为60.0%、61.4%、77.6%;硫酸铜后媒染后K/S值分别提高至0.6752、0.3787、0.1304,抑菌率分别提高至60.4%、71.8%、76.9%,消臭率分别增加至76.1%、78.7%、86.5%。

Abstract:The dyeing process of polyester fabric with tea polyphenols was studied by single factor experi⁃ments with K/S value as index,and the antimicrobial and deodorizing properties of the dyed fabric were test⁃ed.The results showed that the dyeing process of polyester fabric with tea polyphenols at pH=3,5 and 8 was as follows:the amount of tea polyphenols was 5%(omf),and the finishing time was 30 min at 120℃.K/S val⁃ue were 0.5870,0.3001 and 0.1273,respectively,the bacteriostatic(E.coli)rates were 32.7%,50.2%and 61.7%,and the deodorization rates were 60.0%,61.4%and 77.6%.The K/S value was increased to 0.6752,0.3787 and 0.1304,respectively,the bacteriostatic rate was increased to 60.4%,71.8%,76.9%,and the de⁃odorization rate was increased to 76.1%,78.7%and 86.5%.
