崖城13-1气田海南管线HI-REAL清管作业模式

摘    要:原有的海南管线清管作业模式存在清管效率低、成功率低、成本高、天然气排放量大,段塞流捕集器高液位关停导致供气中断等问题。通过探索并实施以清管球国产化、清管球外径过盈量2%、以海南管线持液量确定清管周期、海上平台发球"三确保"、陆地终端收球"六提前"、发球失效重发增援球等六项措施为主要创新内涵的HI-REAL清管作业模式,从改进清管球和优化清管作业程序两个层面着手,以较低的成本解决了崖城13-1气田海南管线超低流量生产工况下的清管难题,其安全性高,可操作性较强,节能环保,经济效益可观。2018年按照该模式对海南管线实施清管作业累计64次,成功率100%,清管球成本支出下降57%,天然气减排量达到952.96×10~4m^3/a。

Abstract:The original Hainan Pipeline pigging operation mode is of low efficiency, low success rate,high cost and large gas emissions,and gas supply interruption caused by shutdown of slug catcher at high liquid level. Through exploring and implementing the HI-REAL Pigging operation mode with six measures as its main innovate connotation, namely localization of spherical pig, 2% interference of spherical pig diameter,pigging period determined by liquid holdup of Hainan Pipeline, "three ensures" of offshore platform, "six advances" of land terminal,and resending reinforcing ball if the service fails,and from the two aspects of improving pigging ball and optimizing pigging operation procedure, the problem of pigging in Hainan Pipeline of Yacheng 13-1 Gas Field under the condition of ultra-low flow production is solved at a relatively low cost. It has high safety, strong operability, energy-saving and environmental protection,and considerable economic benefits. In 2018,64 pigging operations are carried out on Hainan Pipeline according to this model,with a 100% success rate,a 57% reduction in pigging cost and a 952.96×104 m3/a reduction in natural gas emissions.
