油田厂房主要结构型式的对比分析

摘    要:标准化设计、工厂化预制是油田站场建设的大趋势,其中建筑结构型式的选择是重要一环。目前油田地面工程中厂房的主要结构型式为砌体结构、混凝土排架结构和门式刚架轻型钢结构。对三种结构型式主要特性、预制化程度和技术经济的对比分析发现,对于油田厂房,相对于砌体结构、混凝土排架结构,门式刚架轻型钢结构在预制化程度、工期、抗震性能、环保、造价方面具有明显优势,更适合油田的建设实际需要。

Abstract:Standardized design and factory prefabrication are the major trends in the construction of oilfield stations,among which the selection of architectural structure is an important part.At present,the main structural types of workshops in oil field surface engineering are masonry structure,concrete truss structure,and light-weight steel structure with portal frame.The main characteristics,prefabrication degree and technical economy of the three structural types are compared and analyzed.It is indicated that for the oilfield workshops,compared with the masonry structure and the concrete bent structure,the light-weight steel structure with portal steel frames has obvious advantages in the prefabrication degree,construction period,seismic resistance,environment protection,and cost.The lightweight steel structure with portal steel frames is more suitable for the actual needs of oilfield construction.
