成品油管线的发球筒快开盲板唇形密封结构优化

针对乌兰成品油管线收、发球筒快开盲板低压时有微小渗漏的现象,通过对密封圈使用材质进行复核,氟橡胶(FKM)的综合性能较优,宜使用于原油、成品油管线。使用ANSYS有限元软件对在用密封圈的受力情况进行分析,结合使用情况发现在用密封圈发生泄漏的接触面接触长度较短,且接触力较小。根据分析结果对唇形密封结构进行优化,增大密封圈与快开盲板接触面的长度与接触力,以增强唇形密封的密封效果,优化后的密封圈结构、接触力及接触长度的关键参数性能提升较为明显;使用着色法对在用密封圈密封面结合情况进行分析,在用密封圈模具分模线设置不合理且密封圈密封面较粗糙,影响了密封面密封质量,密封圈加工过程中应严格控制分模线的设置及质量控制,杜绝分模线影响密封效果。

Lip Seal Structure Optimization of Fast-opening Blind for Product Oil Pipeline Receiverand Launcher

In view of the phenomenon of small leakage from the fast opening blind plate of the receiver and launcher of Urumqi-Lanzhou product oil pipeline at low pressure,the material used for sealing ring is reviewed.The comprehensive performance of fluororubber(FKM)is better,which should be used for the crude oil and product oil pipeline.The ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the stress of the in-service sealing ring.Combined with the use case,it is found that the contact surface with the leakage of the sealing ring has a short contact length and the contact force is small.According to the analysis results,the lip seal structure is optimized to increase the length and contact force of the contact surface of the sealing ring and the fast-opening blind,so as to enhance the sealing effect of the lip seal.The performance of the key parameters of the optimized seal ring structure,contact force,and contact length has been improved obviously.The coloring method is used to analyze the sealing surface combination condition of the sealing ring.The parting line of the sealing ring mould is not set properly and the sealing surface of the sealing ring is rough,which affects the sealing quality of the sealing surface.The setting and quality control of the parting line should be strictly controlled during the processing of the sealing ring to prevent the parting line from affecting the sealing effect.
