油田站场含油污泥产生量的规律性实验研究

摘    要:油田站场含油污泥占油田污泥总量的绝大部分,但由于各生产环节产生的污泥含水率不同,导致污泥统计数据与实际差异较大。为摸清油田站场生产系统中主要环节的污泥产生量规律,选择4座典型处理站为研究对象,分别对系统主要生产节点进行取样,测定其污泥产生量。分析结果表明:稠油油田含油污泥是污泥产生量的主要来源,而污水处理系统污泥的产生量主要是由于投加水处理药剂而产生的,药剂中除硅剂的污泥增量贡献率占50%左右,最终得出了油田站场含油污泥产生量的分布规律,实验结果对油田生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:The oily sludge in oilfield stations accounts for the vast majority of the total oilfield sludge.However, due to the different water content of the sludge produced in each production link, the sludge statistical data is quite different from the actual one. In order to find out the law of sludge production in the main links of oilfield station production system,four typical treatment stations are selected as the study objects,and the main production nodes of the system are sampled to determine and analyze the sludge production. The results show that the oily sludge in heavy oilfields is the main source of sludge production,and the sludge production in sewage treatment system is mainly caused by the addition of water treatment agent. In the contribution rate of chemical agent,the sludge increment contribution rate of silicon removal agent accounts for about 50%,and the distribution law of oily sludge production in oilfield station is finally obtained. The experimental results have practical guiding significance for oilfield production.
