蒸汽发生器的结构优化设计

摘    要:针对厚管板结构的蒸汽发生器耗材大、制造成本高、易产生温差应力而导致管板与管头之间损坏等缺点,对蒸汽发生器的管板结构进行优化设计,用挠性薄管板结构代替厚管板结构。应用有限元分析软件(ANSYS)对挠性薄管板结构进行耦合场(温度场和应力场)模拟分析计算。通过分析计算,挠性薄管板结构可行且具有一定的先进性。采用薄管板结构避免了因温差应力而损坏的技术问题,且节省材料,制造方便,大大节约了制造成本,具有很好的经济性。

Structure Optimization Design of The Steam Generator

Abstract:For thick tube sheet steam generator consumes the material, the high manufacturing cost,and easy to produce temperaturestress,which leads to the damage between the tube sheet and the tube head,in this paper the tube sheet structure of the steam generator optimization design.With flexible thin tube plate structure instead of thick tube plate structure.Application of finite element analysis software(ANSYS) for flexible thin tube sheet structure coupling field(temperature field and stress field) simulation analysis and calculation,through analysis andcalculation, flexible thin tube sheet structure is feasible and has some advantages.Using thin tube plate structure to avoid the damage due to temperature stress of technical problems,and save materials,ease of manufacture,greatly reduced the cost of manufacturing,has a great deal of economy.
