某厂2套丁二烯装置的2台螺杆式循环气压缩机是2套装置的核心设备。日常的运行中出现仪表联锁停机、机封漏油、电机漏油等故障,造成多次非计划停机,不仅给生产带来了损失,而且每次停机都浪费大量的介质和昂贵的维修费用,使能耗升高,更给安全生产和环保带来巨大隐患;利用状态监测分析故障前的表现形式,总结经验,保障在今后的工作中通过状态监测,做到预知维修,确保压缩机安全、稳定运行。

Condition Monitoring and Failure Analysis of Circulating Gas Screw Compressor in a Plant

Two sets of screw circulating gas compressors for two sets of butadiene units in a plant are the core equipment. Malfunctions such as meter interlocking shutdown, mechanical seal oil leakage, and motor oil leakage during daily operation have caused multiple unplanned shutdowns, which not only brought losses to production,but also wasted a large amount of media and expensive maintenance costs for each shutdown and increased energy consumption and brought huge hidden dangers to production safety and environmental protection. This paper used condition monitoring to analyze the pre-failure performance forms and summarize experiences. It has ensured that condition monitoring is used to predict maintenance and ensure safe and stable compressor operation in future work.
