影响尾气回收压缩机运行周期原因及解决措施

摘    要:陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司线性低密度聚乙烯装置由于乙烯库存不足,实际运行负荷低于设计负荷,故尾气回收压缩机也长期未达到满负荷运行。在日常运行过程中,尾气回收压缩机经常因一级排气温度高、气阀损坏、入口过滤器堵塞等原因停车检修。当尾气回收压缩机在检修时,尾气回收系统停用,尾气无法回收,会造成原料丁烯和诱导冷凝剂异戊烷损耗严重,降低了单体利用率。针对这一现象,着重从影响尾气回收压缩机运行的生产工况、自身原因等因素逐一分析原因,有效延长尾气回收压缩机的运行周期。

Analysis of reasons and solutions for the operation cycle of tail gas recovery compressor in polyethylene plant

Abstract:because of the ethylene stock, the actual operating load is lower than the design load, so the exhaust gas recovery compressor has not reached the full load operation for a long time. During daily operation, the exhaust gas recovery compressor is often stopped and overhauled because of the high exhaust temperature of the first stage, the damage of the air valve, the blockage of the inlet filter and so on.When the tail gas recovery compressor is stopped in the maintenance period, the tail gas cannot be recovered, which will cause the material butene and the inducer isopentane to lose seriously, and reduce the monomer utilization ratio. In view of this phenomenon, we focus on the operation of the exhaust gas recovery compressor factors such as production conditions and their own reasons are analyzed one by one to effectively prolong the operation cycle of the tail gas recovery compressor.
