川渝地区天然气生产井站强弱电橇装一体化方案的研究与设计

摘    要:为优化简化地面工艺和设施,有效控制投资和成本,提高站场管理有效性,基于西南油气田分公司站场一体化设计标准与要求,结合川渝天然气站场生产运行模式,以及深入研究"钻前工程一体化"设计理念和要求,提出了川渝地区天然气生产井站强弱电橇装一体化建设方案。从供配电系统管理和站场信息化两个方面考虑整体橇装化,将强电供配电系统和弱电自动控制信息化系统整体成橇,采用"侧进/出线"方式,充分与钻前工程一体化相结合,最终实现无基础化安装、简化地面设备以及零开挖,缩短施工周期,降低建设成本的总体愿望。强弱电橇装一体化装置具有较高的实际应用价值,可广泛推广应用。

Abstract:In order to optimize and simplify surface process and facilities, effectively control the investment and cost, and improve the effectiveness of station management, based on the standards and requirements of station integrated design in Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch, combining with the production and operation mode of gas station in Sichuan and Chongqing,and deeply studying the idea and requirements of "integration of pre-drilling engineering", a strong and weak electricity skidmounted integration scheme for natural gas production well stations in Sichuan and Chongqing areas is proposed. From the two aspects of power supply and distribution system management and station informatization,the overall skid-mounted is considered,and the "side in/out line" method is adopted and fully combined with pre-drilling engineering integration. Finally, the general aspiration of baseless installation,simplification of surface equipment and zero excavation are realized to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost. The strong and weak electricity skid-mounted integrated device has high practical application value and can be widely used.
