生物热洗+微生物降解技术处理含油污泥的室内实验研究

摘    要:为解决一直困扰油田的含油污泥处理难题,进行了“生物热洗+微生物降解”工艺处理含油污泥的创新性实验。对非离子型生物表面活性剂S1、阴离子表面活性剂R2和无机清洗助剂N2,通过正交实验确定了最优药剂配比(质量比)为S1∶R2∶N2=0.08∶0.03∶0.15;对生物热洗的工艺条件进行探索,确定最佳工艺条件清洗温度为60℃,液固比为5,清洗时间为50 min。对经过生物热洗后残留的石油,进行了3种条件下的微生物堆肥降解实验。实验结果表明:3^#实验(含油污泥+锯末+营养物质+菌剂+复合生物表面活性剂A1)降解率达到85.5%,相比1^#实验(含油污泥+锯末+营养物质)和2^#实验(含油污泥+锯末+营养物质+菌剂)降解率分别提高了71.0%和23.7%。最终经过“生物热洗+微生物降解”工艺处理后的含油污泥含油率降至0.8%,并且可以较好地回收油泥中的石油。本实验研究为下一步的现场应用提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of oily sludge treatment,an innovative experiment of"biological heat washing+microbial degradation"is carried out.For non-ionic biological surfactant S1,anionic surfactant R2 and inorganic cleaning assistant N2,the optimal reagent ratio(mass ratio)is determined as S1:R2:N2=0.08:0.03:0.15 through orthogonal experiment.The technological conditions of biological heat washing are explored,and the optimal technological conditions are determined to be a cleaning temperature of 60℃,a liquid-solid ratio of 5,and a cleaning time of 50 min.Three microbial composting degradation experiments are carried out on the residual oil after biological heat washing.The results shows that the degradation rate of experiment 3^#(oily sludge+sawdust+nutrients+bacteria+compound biological surfactant A1)reaches 85.5%,which is 71.0%and 23.7%higher than that of experiment 1^#(oily sludge+sawdust+nutrients)and experiment 2^#(oily sludge+sawdust+nutrients+bacteria),respectively.Finally,the oil content of oily sludge treated by"biological heat washing+microbial degradation"technology is reduced to 0.8%,and the oil in the sludge could be recovered well.The experimental study provides a basis for further field application.
