摘    要:针对韶钢第三炼钢厂钢水中间包温度波动大、中间包温度合格率偏低等的情况,在钢包精炼、连铸、生产组织等影响温度的各个控制环节进行了优化,钢水中间包温度控制合格率由80%左右提高到95%以上.

Abstract:In view of the high temperature fluctuation in the tundish,and the low temperature stability of the molten steel in the tundish at No.3 steelmaking plant of SISG,optimizations were made to tundish refining,continuous casting and production organization,which all could affect the temperature stability of molten steel in the tundish.By doing so,the temperature qualification rate of the molten steel in the tundish was raised from about 80% to above 95%.
