摘    要:介绍LF精炼过程中氧的来源及控制.氧的来源主要有:1)电炉工序;2)LF精炼过程中电弧高温破坏了Al-O平衡,使钢液中自由氧上升;3)精炼过程中大翻氩气,造成钢液吸气.合适的碱度、合理的软吹Ar制度及喂入钙线或Ca - Si - Ba -Al线能很好的使夹杂物上浮并去除.

Abstract:The control and source of oxygen in LF(low frequency) refining process are dealt with in the article.The oxygen was found to come from 1) the electric furnace process itself;2) the increase of the free oxygen in the molten steel due to the destruction of the Al-O high-temperature equilibrium during the refining;and 3) the air absorption of molten steel caused by severe argon stirring.The inclusion could be well removed by selecting a proper alkalinity,employing a proper soft Ar blowing system,and feeding ca...
