| 摘 要： | 介绍了导热油循环温控机的原理、控制方法 ,给出了实验结果。实验证实 ,用高温导热油循环对压铸模进行温度控制是最有效的压铸模温度控制方法 ,它可以同时解决模具的预热和冷却问题 ,使铸件各部位均匀一致地冷却成型 ,提高压铸件质量

| Abstract: | The principle and controlling method of the temperature controller by heat_conducting oil circulation were introduced and the experiment result was given. The experiment shows that it is the most effective temperature controlling method for die_casting dies to control the die temperature by high_temperature heat_conducting oil circulation. It can solve both the pre_heating and cooling problems at the same time, and evenly cool every part of the die_cast, so as to improve the die_cast quality. |
