麻纤维超临界二氧化碳流体脱胶研究

摘    要:针对大麻麻皮、大麻打成麻、苎麻麻条等3种实验材料,通过改变超临界二氧化碳的温度、压力和处理时间等因素,研究了超临界流体对大麻纤维脱胶的影响.结果表明:经过处理之后的大麻纤维胶质含量下降,在实验范围内得出了麻纤维中果胶、半纤维素和木质素的含量随温度、压力、时间的变化关系,结果表明超临界流体对麻纤维果胶的脱除效果比较好.

Abstract:The experimentation dealed with 3 materials by supercritical CO2. These materials are husk of hemp, hemp fiber and ramie fiber. By alter the temperature,pressure and treatment time,it studied the degumming of hemp fiber. The experimental results showed that the pectic content of the hemp fibers decreased after treated by supercritical CO2. The experiment showed that the results were good about the pectic degumming by supercritical CO2.
