| 摘 要： | 研究了催化剂和温度等因素对合成高档乳化剂－甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯反应的影响，得到了如下的合成条件：甲基葡萄糖苷与硬脂酸的摩尔比为1：1．6，复合磷酸盐为催化剂，用量以硬脂酸计质量分数为0．42%，以应温度控制在200℃-210℃，反应压力控制在0．02MPa左右。
