摘    要:石门电厂1021T/H锅炉炉膛原设计无卫燃带。根据实际燃煤和低负荷运行、调峰情况,在火嘴周围适当部位敷设块状拼集凹形卫燃带,改善了着火燃烧条件,使锅炉适应实际燃煤和调峰运行的需要。对当今电力市场探析类似情况的煤粉锅炉有重要意义。

Abstract:The 1021t/h boiler in Hunan Shimen Power Plant did not design refractory baffle. On the basis of reality combustion coals and low load and peak load regulating operation, try to find out the concave piece together heatinsulate layer beside burner in suitable place, which improved the condition of pulverized coal on fire and combustion, and suited needing of the reality fuel and peak load regulating operation for boiler. The analysis in the paper has great significance for the same pulverized coal boiler in today's electricity market.
