基于Z脉冲信号的高速高精回零方式研究

摘    要:讨论了自动化设备回零操作的常用方式以及其重要性,并针对回零过程中随着回零速度的增加,运动轴震动增强、误差也随之增大的现象提出了改进方案。该方案改进了7阶段S型速度规划算法,为实际应用过程中提供了更直观的运动参数配置方法,并且利用高速锁存器进行位置锁存的方式优化了基于Z脉冲信号的回零过程,提高了回零的精度。对比试验以及机床的实际测试证明,该改进方案在较高的回零速度下也能平稳运行,并且保证较高的回零精度。

Abstract:Discuss the importance of homing operation on automatic machine. Propose an optimizing proposal for the phenomenon, that the inaccuracy is increased and start to vibrate while the homing velocity is increased. Improve the algorithmof seven-stage S-curve velocity planning. Provide a more intuitive method for motion parameterconfiguration. And optimize the homing process which based on Z pulse signal and improve the homing accuracy using high-speed latch. Demonstrate that the proposed solution ensures a higher homing accuracy and a lower vibration at higher velocity by comparative tests and actual test on automatic machine.
