C/C 航空刹车材料的摩擦性能与组织结构初探

摘    要:研究了航空刹车用C/C复合材料基体中的不同气相沉积炭的显微组织对摩擦性能的影响,实验结果表明:CVD炭的显微组织对材料的摩擦磨损性能有着重要的影响,机体中含有典型粗糙层组织结构是材料具有良好磨擦性能的保证。

Abstract:The disc performs of C/C composites in a chemical vapor deposition(CVD)process.The microstructure of the matrixes can be obtained varied form SL from RL by controlling the process parameters.Therefore,the knowledge about the relationship between different microstructure of the pyrolytic carbon matrix and the friction performance is essential to assess their full potential performance for more advanced service applications.It was proved that it was important to contain the microstructures of typical texture in matrix for the advance aircraft brake material of C/C composites.
