| 摘 要： | 一种以天然油脂为主要原料的香皂膜正在欧美流行，如何将其引入国内市场，在研制过程中。从其皂膜生产的流程、成模机的物料和热量衡算、功率、传动装置及强度等多个方面进行设计研究．并在此基础上，制造出成模机。在实际生产使用中，产品的产量、质量都达到了预期的效果。

| Abstract: | A kind of soap slice with natural grease as material is currently becoming popular in America and Europe. In order to introduce it into domestic market, its production procedure, material and heat calculation of the forming machine as well as design and calculation of power, driving device and strength are presented in this article. Forming machines are manufactured on this basis and applied to actual production. Product output and quality both achieved anticipated results. |
