摘 要: | 赤泥是氧化铝生产中排放的碱性废渣,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排放的高SiO2含量废渣.综合利用两种废渣制备高性能的微晶玻璃材料,控制SiO2含量在31%~44%,CaO含量在25%~31%,两种废渣总吃渣量能够达到90wt%以上,具有显著经济效益和环境效益.

Study on Glass-Ceramics Mostly Made from Red Mud and Fly Ash |

Abstract: | Red mud is a kind of waste alkali slag from the production of Al_2O_3. Fly ash, containing a large amount of SiO_2, is the common industrial waste powder from coal-combustion power plant. Glass-ceramic with high quality has been made from the mixture of both the industrial solid wastes. The SiO_2 content of the glass-ceramic is 31%-44%(in wt), and the amount of CaO is 25%-31%(in wt). The results show that the addition amount of both the industrial solid wastes is above 90wt%, which promises prominent economic benefits and environmental benefits. |
