| 摘 要： | 介绍了冰冻人血清尿酸标准物质的研制方法.采用液相色谱/同位素稀释质谱法(LC/ID-MS)对该标准物质进行了定值研究、均匀性检验和稳定性检验.研究结果表明,冰冻人血清尿酸标准物质定值结果为55.88 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.74 mg/kg,其均匀性和稳定性检验结果均符合国家一级标准物质的技术要求.

| Abstract: | The development of the standard reference materials of uric acid in frozen serum is introduced. The checking of uniformity, stability test and certified value are systematically studied by LC/ID-MS. The results show that the certified value of the reference material of uric acid in frozen serum is 55.88 mg/kg with the expended uncertainty of 0.74 mg/kg. The uniformity and stability of the reference material of uric acid in frozen serum meet the technical requirements of the standard reference material. |
