对我国建筑工程合同范本编纂工作的建议

近年来我国建筑业对工程项目的计价方法进行了一系列的改革，但与之配套的合同范本的编纂工作却未能及时跟进，因此使得清单计价的优势大打折扣。我国建筑业一直采用总价合同，没有现成的适合于清单计价的合同范本，而《GB50500—2003》又规定，国有资金投资或国有资金投资为主的大中型建设项目必须采用工程量清单计价方式，因此适合于清单计价的合同范本的编纂工作已迫在眉睫。

PROPOSAL ON COMPILING STANDARDIZED FROM OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION

A series of reform has been made for construction projectpricing method in recent years in China. Lump-sum contract has longbeen used in construction industry of China and there is none of con-tract conditions particularly designed for pricing based on bill of quan-tities. The code (GB 50500-2003), however, specifies that all construc-tion project financed or mainly financed by the state must be pricedbased of the bill of quantities. Therefore the compiling of contract con-ditions suitable for BOQ pricing method becomes very urgent.
