阻抗传感器电场分布的仿真及实验研究

摘    要:文章介绍了利用ANSYS和MATLAB软件对应用于油水两相流含水率测量的阻抗传感器电场分布的仿真结果。对阻抗传感器电场仿真的可靠性进行了实验研究,通过实验证明了电场仿真的正确性。利用软件进行电场分布的仿真研究对于合理设计阻抗传感器的结构具有很好的指导意义。通过软件对电场分布进行仿真研究相对于利用实验装置模拟电场分布的优点是可以避免大量繁重的实验,缩短研发周期。

Abstract:This paper introduces the simulation results of impedance sensor's electric field distribution in oil/water two phase flow watercut measurement with ANSYS and MATLAB software.The reliability of impedance sensor's electric field simulation is studied,and its validity is also demonstrated through watercut measurement experiment.Electric field simulation study of impedance sensor has instructive meaning for soundly designing the structure of the impedance sensor.The simulation studies of electric field distribution with ANSYS and MATLAB software have obvious virtues compared with experimental simulation electric field distribution.Mass experiments can be avioded,and research period also can be curtailed.
