| 摘 要： | IDEF是建立信息模型的有效工具,其基本概念是在结构化分析方法的基础上发展起来的。在分析了传统供应链管理的不足和网络化制造环境下供应链管理特点的基础上,建立了网络化制造环境下某半导体封装企业供应链管理的功能模型和信息模型,并应用于实际,优化了流程,降低了成本,减少了库存,提高了企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | IDEF is a powerful instrument of constructing the information model,and its basic concept is developed on the basis of constructional analysis method.In this paper,after analyzing the defect of traditional supply chain management and the character of supply chain manage-ment in networked manufacturing environment,the function model and information model of certain semiconductor encapsulation enterprise in networked manufacturing environment are set up,and these models have been applied in the enterprise,the supply chain management flow is optimized,the cost is reduced,the stock is decreased and the competitive capability of enterprise is improved. |
