糠醛常压气相催化加氢制糠醇

摘    要:利用固定床连续反应装置,研究了铜系催化剂对糠醛在常压下加氢制糠醇的催化性能。通过对众多的催化剂的筛选,得到了一种无毒、高效的加氢催化剂FDK-1,考察了反应条件对催化性能的影响。XRD测试表明,活性与CuO有关,AES测试表明Cu-Zn-O(“□”是氧空位)构成糠醛加氢反应的活性中心。

Abstract:A series of Cu catalysts for hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol under normal pressure have been studied in a fixed bed flow reactor A non toxic and highly selective catalyst FDK 1 has been found The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity are examined and a yield of furfuryl alcohol as high as 98% is obtained Results of XRD and AES show that the catalytic activity depends on Cu 0 and the structure of the active unit is Cu Zn □ O is oxygen vacancy)
