镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的绝缘强度及耐蚀性的研究

摘    要:采用微弧氧化法在MB8镁合金表面原位生长—层陶瓷层,利用电击穿试验、盐雾腐蚀试验等手段研究了陶瓷层的绝缘强度Eb和耐蚀性,并用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了陶瓷层的形貌结构。结果表明:恒流条件下,随微弧氧化时间的增加,陶瓷层的厚度增加,陶瓷层内的显微缺陷增多,致密性下降;陶瓷层的绝缘强度(Eb)和耐蚀性均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;陶瓷层的致密性越高,绝缘强度(Eb)越大,耐蚀性也就越好。

Abstract:The dielectric strength E b and corrosion resistance properties of ceramic coatings formed by micro-arc oxidation(MAO) on MB8 magnesium alloys were studied by breakdown test and salt spray test, respectively. The morphology of ceramic coatings by different treatment time was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the thickness and micro-flaws of ceramic coatings increase, and the compactness decrease with increasing of MAO treated time at constant current. The E b and corrosion resistance property of ceramic coatings represent the tendency of increasing in the beginning and then reducing with increasing of micro-arc oxidation time. The compactness of ceramic coatings is better, and its E b and corrosion resistance properties are better.
