摘    要:大豆纤维不耐高温和强碱作用,研究低温弱碱对大豆纤维/苎麻混纺织物进行前处理,具有现实意义。试验表明,采用温和的煮练酶对混纺织物进行漂前去杂处理,再进行低温弱碱双氧水漂白工艺,最后选用具有还原作用的荧光增白剂进行增白,可以获得白度较为满意的大豆蛋白纤维/苎麻混纺制品。

Abstract:Soybean fiber can be damaged by strong temperature and high basic working liquids, so low temperature and low basic pretreatment methods are researched by a series of experiments. Based on trials, scouring enzyme is useful to remove impurity before bleaching, and H_2O_2 bleaching below 90 with pH value lower than 9 is safety to blended fabric of soybean fiber and ramie fiber. And finally, the fluorescent brightening agent was used to obtain satisfied whiteness.
