| Abstract: | This paper describes that the work has been done in smelting process and production of clean steel in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO during recent years. The measures taken in the control of C],N],H],TO] and modification of inclusions in steel, as well as the effects of these measures on IF steel and the steel for petrolem pipeline are discussed. |
