冀东油田油气密闭集输系统的技术改造

摘    要:为了降低油气损耗,增加轻烃产量,简化工艺流程,冀东油田对转油站、联合站内密闭集输工艺流程进行了改造,并采用了液位自控及变频调速平稳榆油技术、高效三相分离器技术、JDY系列原油含水含气分析仪计量技术等配套技术,使全油田油气集输密闭率达100%.文章总结了冀东油田地面工程集输系统密闭改造的成功经验,介绍了转油站、联合站密闭改造前存在问题及改造措施,概括了配套技术的先进性和应用效果,并根据油田实际和发展趋势,提出了几点建议.

Abstract:Successful experiences were summed up in a reform of tight line transportation for oil and gas in Jidong oilfield. Reform process and methods were described in oil transformation site and combination site. Advances and results of auxiliary technology were listed. A few suggestions were made according to practical conditions and development trend.
