| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿安全监控系统中的智能传感器需要进行现场设置和定期标定参数的问题,提出了一种以P89LPC936单片机为核心的智能设置器的设计方案。该设置器通过RS232串口与智能传感器通信,可准确接收并显示各种智能传感器的测量值及其它参数;通过RS232串口对智能传感器的测量上限和下限、地址等参数进行实时实地设置和标定;可准确测量并显示智能传感器的总线电流和供电电流,从而判断智能传感器的工作状态是否正常。实际应用表明,该设置器携带方便、操作简单、运行稳定可靠。
