基于PM31系统的液压支架成组多架同步自动控制的研究

摘    要:针对PM31液压支架电液控制系统存在单个支架的非自动控制效率低、成组单架的顺序自动控制速度滞后于割煤速度的问题,提出了一种利用该系统中液压支架控制器的固有程序来实现成组多架同步自动控制的方案,即通过干线电缆及终端器将每个支架的控制器互联,控制器根据采集到的支架推移行程传感器和立柱压力传感器中的数据控制电磁、电液驱动装置执行成组支架同步动作。实践表明,该方案应用效果良好,大大提高了综采工作面的回采效率。
