OPC技术在矿井综合自动化系统中的应用

摘    要:为了在各煤矿自动化控制子系统应用程序之间建立一个标准接口,提出了一种基于OPC技术的矿井综合自动化系统的设计方案;分析了OPC技术原理,介绍了该系统结构,并给出了该系统在王庄煤矿的具体应用。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,能实时监测煤矿井下生产的主要环节。

Abstract:In order to build a kind of standard interface among application programs of automation control subsystem of coal mine,the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated automation system of mine based on OPC technology.It analyzed principle of OPC technology,introduced structure of the system,and gave concrete application of the system in Wangzhuang Coal Mine.The actual application showed that the system runs stably and reliably and can real-timely monitor main links of underground production.
