流量实时监测代表垂线法应用探讨

摘    要:代表垂线法具有提升水文监测技术手段和防汛测报的快速反应能力,提高通航河道监测效率,简化测验方法等特点。通过从流速仪精测法实测流量中筛选出代表垂线,对实测垂线平均流速与实际断面平均流速进行横向比较,经过误差分析,确定垂线的平均断面流速和实测断面平均流速之间相关关系。经数据检验后,结果满足《水文资料整编规范》标准要求。代表垂线法可以提高流量测验效率,缩短在中高水期间通航河道流量监测时间,实现流量实时监测,为防汛救灾指挥部门提供及时、准确的水情信息。

Abstract:To study the effective role of the representative vertical line method of real time flow monitoring in improving the hydrological monitoring technical means and the rapid response ability of flood control forecasting, improving the monitoring efficiency of navigable river channels, simplifying the testing methods, to shorten the flow testing time and realize real time flow monitoring. The representative vertical lines are selected from the measured flow measured by the flow meter precision measurement method, and the measured vertical line average flow velocity is compared with the actual section average flow velocity. Through error analysis, the correlation between the vertical line average section flow velocity and the measured section average flow velocity is determined. After data verification, the results meet the standard requirements of code for hydrologic data procesing. The representative vertical line method can improve the efficiency of flow measurement, shorten the time for monitoring the flow of navigable rivers during medium and high water flows, realize real time flow monitoring, provide timely and accurate hydrological information services for flood control and disaster relief headquarters, and give full play to the supporting role of modern hydrological technology.
